Getting a driving
license in Dubai
In
case you are not a citizen of one of the privileged countries such Australia,

Turkey, United Kingdom, United States you can convert your existing license to
an UAE license.
Otherwise,
you need to go to a driving school, go through driving classes with an
instructor, attend classroom instructions, do your signal and driving test and
finally get your license.
This

for training students as well as the endeavour to restrict the flow of drivers
