To
visit Dubai as a tourist you need to obtain a visa. In case of certain
countries such as Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland,
Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtain, Luxembourg,
Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South
Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America and
Vatican the visa is issued on arrival.
Also
in case of certain Gulf countries popularly referred to as GCC countries
comprising of Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia do not requires
visas.
In
case of stay beyond the permissible period the visitor is fined.
